Swimming For Over 50's

Does anyone know of a pool in Cork City which caters for the over 50's?? I've recently taken up swimming and I find when I go to the pool it's full of teenagers and expert swimmers.

Id imagine they all cater for over 50's and its more the time you go ? Anywhere Ive joined has in general been better swimmers in the morning and evening, retired in the daytime kids in the afternoon.
