    First time on this forum. Just came across this by accident http://www.city-data.com/ and wondered if it might be of any interest to folk here. It says this:

    "By collecting and analyzing data from numerous sources, we're able to create detailed, informative profiles of all cities in the United States. From crime rates to weather patterns, you can find the data you're looking for on City-Data.com."

    Never looked at their data but the forums there are the closest I've found to boards. Quite useful info and discussion but all very localised.
