    Hi,

    In January I moved to another provider but my final Eircom bill which I have received is in credit.  When will I receive the money that is owed to me?

    A cheque for the amount in credit is arranged within 30 days of request by contacting eircom accounts on free phone 1901 or via WebChat at www.eircom.ie/chatnow
