No word of a lie, X Factor featured briefly in my dream last night. Exclusive nuggets: Caroline Flack was presenting the live shows solo and Louis Walsh was back  Let's see how real life goes...

I was reading today that Cheryl wants a shake up of categories, with each judge having one from each. So as Ms Fernandez Versini always gets her way we can take that as a given. We've been saying that on the xfactor thread for ages though.

Wouldn't surprise me if that idea has been in the pipeline for a while and Cheryl is piggybacking it to make out she's such a creative :P

The voice of the X Factor, Peter Dickinson, has left the show. That's the final nail in the coffin for me. :D

No more "IT'S TIME ....... TO FACE ..... THE MUSIC."

Some tough choices in there. You have Brian Blessed...but then the Only the Young shouting man! And my personal favourite, Mr Brookstein :D

Blind Date, You Bet!, Gladiators, and on the other side Challenge Anneka, Big Break, Noel's House Party... Saturday evenings back then were simply wonderful.

    Yes, I'm that old...

But in all seriousness, the news of Cilla's death is devastating.

Let's not forget that she was also a brilliant singer - many, many times better than most civilians who have sung on Simon's shows.

    Ta-ra, chuck. :(:(:(:(:(

Adverts start airing tonight! Apparently it includes Nick Grimshaw being fitted up as a new drone judge but it goes slightly wrong as he keeps saying stuff like "You look like a popstar, you sound like a popstar", must admit I found that quite funny

Think people will be pleasantly surprised by Nick. A lot of people seem to dislike him for no reason and he seems like the fashionable person to bash. He's quite witty and although I liked Rita on The Voice, I think Grimmy might become my favourite judge this year.
