    Hi, my friend got a phone call this afternoon from someone saying they were from Bank Of Ireland. They wanted to confirm how his name is spelt on his credit card. He hung up without answering so don't know where they were going with that one. Guessing a scam?

    If you ask your friend to call Credit Card Services on 0818 251 251 / +353 56 7757747, the representatives have account access and will be happy to look into this.

    Representative assisted hours are 8am - 8pm Mon - Fri, 8am - 6pm Sat and 10am - 5pm Sun.
