Whey protein expiry after opening

    I bought a tube of whey HD about 6 months ago, used about a 3rd of it before getting an injury, now I'm back training is ok to keep using or is there a shorter expiry once the tube is opened? It looks ok but sure you never know...

    As long as it was kept dry it will be fine. I'm using whey protein at the moment that's out of date by a year, the use by date isn't all that important on dry powders.

    If it gets clumpy or smells off, then ditch it.

    Otherwise it's fine. The protein content will reduce slightly over time but nothign wrong with using it.
