Has to be the least inspiring fixture of the tournament so far. Handy SA win

Hopefully the uae dont stress themselves too much and save their good play for the Windies

Or they could beat SA by about 400 odd runs and give us a NRR advantage over SA.

    If Carlsberg did upsets.....

I'd be surprised if the UAE manage more than 100 runs..

doing my rain dance again, a NR here would mean a win over Pakistan to finish 2nd in the group.

Oh dear, UAE win the toss and choose to bowl first.. Brave decision, probably suicidal

Edit: Well it's working so far, Amla gone

    96/3, this just got interesting

Well! Already on batsman number 5, from 7-11 SA are pretty weak!

SA getting lucky, Miller nearly run out but for a fumble, and De Villiers would have gone lbw if reviewed.

No, he would have been saved by Umpire's call. Good decision not to review.

Now then! Get rid of DeVillers and UAE could restrict SA to under 300!

Comfortable win on the cards but yet again not massively impressed with the Saffer much vaunted bowling, its not awful or anything, but haven't impressed anything like the Aussies and New Zealand have. Steyn looks a yard short, you'd worry if Morne has an off day against Lanka about who will step up.

The QDK innings was a contender for the worst of the World Cup, lucky to get to 20. Lanka won't be to concerned watching him. They have a big decision to make for the Lanka game.
