Supposedly a 'detox' diet, on advice from a specialist in fatigue issues, as I've been seeing a few doctors now for a while and the notion is that I have some form of chronic fatigue. the diet was supposed to give me more energy
Get back on to your doctor and let them know it's not working. It may have worked for others but that doesn't mean it'll work for you. Hope you're ok soon

Time for some study. The course Im doing online is tough going, lots of drug names to and effects/side effects to learn. It's like being back at college.
Winced when I read that.. Ouch! I have 3 scars, one on my left hand from crashing into someone on a bike when I was a kid, one on the same hand from a cat bite (which happened 5 years ago the other day) and the other is from my brother attempting to stab me with a pen. He had the lid on so I have a 2cm x 3mm white line on my right arm.
