The 2 of them should have got up and played on, since neither were hurt.

How he went in was perfectly fine! No studs, was on the ground, wasn't two footed, ball to be won and wouldn't been a 50/50 had he been a 10th of a second earlier with the challenge. It was a foul, and by no means nothing more than that.

Yep, def a peno. Costa was bulling through the defence. Lots of legs in the way might have confused the ref.
