    hi

    Applied online via my online banking for a credit card over a week
    Ago and I still haven't heard anything .. How long does this usually take ?

    Sorry to hear you have not heard back yet regarding your application. 
    Lending team on 0818 200 343, and press options  2 and 1, a representative can then check the status of your application for you.
