I was asked by my teacher to research on the biology coursework b.The investigation is:

Investigate and Compare the quantitative effects of changing:
(a)Wavelength of illumination and (b)either intensity or duration of illumination on phototropism growth response of recently germinated plant shoots/seedlings.

How would I set this up and do this experiment.I am also kind of confused on the write up.I just don't know where to start and where to go from there.

I don't want to cheat,I just need help.
