Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Kiev the best team here, unlucky there. Decent save under the conditions

Baines went to the Scholes school of punditry...only short of holding the sheet of paper up in front of his face to read off it.

Great chance for Everton there, just nobody to tap it in.

    Started this half well

Rarnes to replace Andy Townsend next season? Get one of those Stephen Hawking voice readers to read out his posts.

    Serious rain since kick off.

    Everton on top here.

Where's Aiden McGeady these days, he's not on the bench, is he injured? He got sent off there a while back, haven't seen much of him since then.

    Injured.

Think he's been poor enough this season

This reminds me of the days of watching matches over Teletext. I'd like to see Rarnes do more match threads like this.

On the bright side, only ten more minutes of listening to Brian Kerr stating the bleeding obvious.

Could have really livened this up with a few of those alternate accounts.

    2-1 final score.

Good win for the toffees but that away goal could be massive.

The guy on Fox there just said he he'd be back available for the 2nd Leg.

There's a CL place up for grabs for the winner of the Europa League. Would make a huge difference to Everton's season if they could win it.

There's a lot of very good teams left in the competition . Kiev also at times showed they're no pushover either. That away goal could make big difference.

Brian kerr is one of my favourite commentators. Especially compared to lawrenson, townsend, macari and the rest of the setanta/tv3 europa league commentators kerr is in his own league.

The difference between Eastern Europeans playing home and away in UEFA competitions is night and day. Kiev will win the tie

We'll struggle to get anything in Ukraine. Will be very tough.
