Is mapmyride still inaccurate when it comes to calculating metres climbed?

Strava and ridewithgps.com are quite accurate.

Used BRT quite a lot last year to plot new Courses. I saved these in .tcx format and downloaded them to my Garmin 705. The benefit of this was that each turn was flagged with a beep and an icon up to a max of 100 Course Points. From checking at the time, I think this was the only way of enabling this on the 705 without buying the expensive Garmin Maps. Unfortunately I didn't keep a note of my password but was able to open a new account just now and create, save and download a few new Courses. So, even though the old BikeRouteToaster.com address doesn't work, the site still seems to function fully using the other url.

thanks - glad to hear that. Definitely the easiest way to make a course with turn by turn directions on the edge 500.

    I find ridewithgps much easier.

    This makes me sad.
His is such a sub par service that it deserved to die.
It infuriates me when some event organisers use it.
Impossible to view on an iPad or phone.
