Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

A few of these have probably been listed in this thread already, but the Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League has some absolute gems:

    Chicken Inn
    Dongo Sawmills
    Flame Lily
    How Mine
    Triangle United

Think I heard before that UCD's official name is University College Dublin Faculty of Sport Association Football Club giving them the longest name of any club in Europe. Probably boll*x though.

NAC Breda in Netherlands claim that title - full name:
Nooit opgeven altijd doorgaan, Aangenaam door vermaak en nuttig door ontspanning, Combinatie Breda

One of my favourites is Belarussian kingpins BATE which stands for Borisov Automobile and Tractor Electronics.

They also helped supply a great headline

"old lady unable to master BATE at home"
