Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Lawn mower cutting out

    Hi
    not sure if this is the best place to post this query.
    I am having problems starting my lawn mower from cold. I started it yesterday, it starts first time but cuts out after 5 seconds, I start again it might last 7 seconds, this continues for about 10 times and then it finally runs properly.
    It was like this last Autumn, the problem seems to be it doesnt want to run when cold, but it runs fine as soon as it warms up.
    I checked the splark plug and it is clean.

    Any ideas?

    You might get a better answer here (although its for cars I've got many tractor lawnmower problems sorted by the good people there)

    Thanks for your response.
    I took off the carbs at the weekend and cleaned them up. That fixed the problem, it is starting fine now. It could be running smoother but the main problem is fixed.
