Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

When it came to our previous form it looks like United decided to shake it off.

Bwahahahahahaha there's more chance of Gareth Bale coming on for spurs and scoring a hat-trick than united winning the league.

I'd say Fellaini probably has a bigger impact on performance than almost any player in the league. Not made one bad play today.

    Spurs are brutal.
Looks like the players met for the first time today.

has spurs only shot been from Phil Jones?

Huge mistake for the Rooney goal
    Spurs only themselves to blame

It's weird but in a game at Old Trafford, I don't really see Spurs losing this.

United will probably smash them now.

    You're welcome by the way.

With this result no one has taken more pts at home than Man U.
    Problem is away from home.

Mata, Herrera and Fellaini with Rooney up front, heck I'd say Falcao and RVP could be thriving in this system. Di Maria in for Young and Rafael in for Valencia here and LVG would really be onto something

Nonsense, with RVP and Falcao we can't play with this tempo at all and Young is very important in stretching the teams.

De Gea wont win player of the year on today's performance. Very quiet, not up to much. He would want to get himself into the game!!!!

Poor excuse for a football fan looking for reactions while a game is on. Have a bit of respect and class.

Go way out of it. Spurs are playing embarrassingly.

Fergie's team talk before playing Spurs sums them up.
Keane, whose United career ended following a controversial interview with the in-house TV station MUTV, recounted one particular pre-match team-talk which reflected Ferguson’s ability to read the mindset of his players. “I thought I knew what the group might need, that we didn’t need a big team talk,” said Keane. “It was Tottenham at home. I thought please don’t go on about Tottenham, we all know what Tottenham is about, they are nice and tidy but we’ll ****ing do them. He came in and said: ‘Lads, it’s Tottenham’, and that was it. Brilliant.”

Yes but at least United players are doing their best to keep the ball away from Jones, this is why we are attacking so much....

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 36,480 ✭✭✭✭BorneTobyWilde

The time and space United are getting is unreal
    Spurs are dazed and confused
    Game plan
    Just a distant memory

    United are back

    LVG is a genius

    Mata is World class

Yes they are playing bad but to deliberately call them small and irrelevant club ect to try get a reaction is pathetic mate.

Great half of football. Cue a couple of defensive subs from LvG :( we should be looking for the 5 or 6 nil here

    Scrap the cap!

Could have kept going with his run there.

Superb performance. Couldn't have wished for more. Hope we can add to it in second half to improve our goal difference which may be vital.
