Thinking about a new PC. Haven't built a pc since the Geforce 8800 days so out of the loop a bit.

There are deals online for Radeon 280's, would this be a decent card?

Bear in mind, I can get any Intel processor for half price as I work there so I can spend the extra money elsewhere.

Preferably the smaller the PC the better, I would love a very small PC that could be somewhat portable.

There is no CPU there. If you can push the budget by €50, you can get an i5 4690, or push it by €30 to get a i5 4460.

*EDIT* You could shave a tenner off by getting a GTX 960 and a 400W PSU

Oh I take the half price comparison from the RRP or usually just the amazon price, which brings it down to cost price.
