Since my commute is about to get significantly longer, Im finally in need of mudgaurds. So went out today and bought a set of SKS Commuters without knowing the different types of mudgaurds available.

Turns out these wont fit due to having no mounts so Im still in need of mudgaurds. Anyone know of any that will fit my Specialised Allez

Race blades or Crud Catchers. Wrap your seat-stays and forks with a bit of electrical tape first as they will damage your paint work.

Crud Road Racer Mk II's are very good but if your running anything wider than a 25 tyre they'll run and annoy the hell out of you.

+1 on race blades for this bike. Have them and then work grand.

Bbb roadProtectors are great if they'll fit. Mount screws on to th brake caliper fittings and it can be easily removed and attached at the flick of a switch, cheap and functional. Happy with mine.

I have a BBB rear mudguard on my allez. It mounts to the seat post fits perfectly.
