Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Care to give some context or translation??

From my understanding it's become slang for your boyfriend/girlfriend/significant other.

Approached some girls I've gotten to know from joining the gym and the way they looked at me today...it was as if they'd been talking about me.
Then one woman proceeded to turn her back on me and talk to her friends.
I felt like I was back in school and as a result, I feel quite down about it now.

Never feel down about the behaviour of kunts or let it get to you. It's much better to just pity immature cows like that, than to turn a negative experience inwards onto yourself. The ignoramuses probably aren't worthy of your friendship, so don't waste time worrying about it. They are merely projecting their own pathetic inadequacies onto you.

Pools/saunas/steam rooms must some of the most unhygienic places on the planet......the things I've seen.

Big signs all over the place. PLEASE SHOWER BEFORE USE, but no, you still see the dry people sneaking in. I have seen men washing swimming togs in the sink, which people use for shaving. I have seen a man use a hair dryer to dry his...well you know:eek:

Every f*cking time I have to do "ladies things" in a public bathroom (and I try to avoid it as much as possible) the "hygienic" bin in the cubicle is over flowing and there is a horrible smell coming out of it - a smell so bad I can actually taste it!

And if you're extremely unlucky, the previous "person" will have left their ... offering... stuck to the opening of the bin for you to enjoy... blearg:mad:

The fact that they have to put signs up with some of the most basic standards of common decency on them is truly depressing.

'Please do not shave in the Steam Room'

'Swimming attire must be worn at all times in the Sauna'

'Please wipe down exercise machines after use'

'Try to refrain from being a complete and utter cock while at the gym'

ok, I made up the last one.

    Aw thanks so much.

It's weird how much it affected me all day yesterday.
I felt really isolated and I hadn't done anything wrong to these women.
    But today I feel better.

I thought we could all get fit together in the gym but some of these girls have been there longer and I think they feel they're way above me because I'm a beginner and am still trying to find my way around.
Looks like I'll just do it alone, but that's alright.

I can do it on my own.

TA that I'm sure I got an e-mail early this morning confirming an appointment for this week...but I can't find it anywhere!

I've checked my personal and work e-mails, even checked my text messages...nothing. All that's left is to phone them and ask if they did in fact send an e-mail, or if I am losing my mind and dreamt it :(

It didn't really annoy me, but it annoyed my local chipper owner (who I like), so guess it's near the same...

I went into the chipper over the weekend as a treat, and a woman ahead of me in the queue kept changing her order over the type of burger she was getting.
She settled with a spice burger, but then started to ask about what percentage meat was in it!
FFS woman!! It's a god damn chipper! Eat the delicious muck and don't think about it!

At Dublin airport once my four year old son needed the toilet 'now'. So I snuck him in to the disabled loo. But he pulled the red chord. Caught rotten by the staff!

the cost of kids going to school is extortionate.

I did that once as well at a hotel.

    Immediately the phone rang.

    "Is everything ok sir?"

"Yes, sorry I pulled the cord thinking it was a light switch"

    "Are you quite sure sir?"

"Errr no, actually I just lied to you there and am currently lying on the floor having a stroke. Good job you double-checked that"

don't expect those kids to pay your pension then.

Anyway if the schools had normal uniforms back to school wouldn't be expensive - that is the point which you missed.

Speaking of pulling the wrong chord. This is unbelievably trivial, but I hate when I pull the wrong chord to either open or shut the wooden blinds and nothing happens. I've had the blinds for over five years now, you'd think I would know which was the right one to pull.
