Payet makes it 2-1 to France. Swedish keeper Olsen shocking once again.

    England leading Scotland 3-0.

Sweden's goalkeeper is like a deer in the headlights at the minute.

Haha and just hands France the lead

Strachan has to be gone after this...

Strachan has to be gone after this...

Definitely. They're getting worse by the game.

They really look a shambles. And if a Scottish team can't even raise it for a game against England then you know it's time.
The most worrying thing of all is that they're making England look like a decent side! :D

Time for a younger, hungrier manager imo, start with a clean slate and try to freshen it all up.
Sort of like Speed (and then Coleman) did with Wales.

Strachan will surely just retire after he gets the bullet too. It's not as though he was ever God's gift to management to begin with and I can't see too many clubs queuing up!

LOL "It's a scoreline that with will reverberate around Europe" LOL

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 33,709 ✭✭✭✭Cantona's Collars

England are piss poor, the scoreline really flatters them, how many simple passes went astray and how many times did they simply kick the ball out of play?

Germany beat San Marino 8-0. Gnabry got a hat-trick.

Germany make San Marino look poor with a comprehensive victory.

Just saw Panama beat Honduras 1-0, in Honduras. Desperate game, desperate pitch, desperate referee.
They were running down the clock for 30 minutes, and yet almost scored 2 more. Scotland would have beaten Honduras, who were trying to make 3 WCs in a row. This has really put them on the back foot.

Will Brunt's goal be credited to Davis as he seemed to get a slight touch on it?

Here's the goal,I'd have to give it to Brunt.

Looks like the last touch came off Davis' right foot so I'd say he'll be credited with it.

    It's great!

More than a slight touch in fairness.

Big win for Mexico away to USA, gotta love that Rafael Marquez is still knocking in 90th minute winners. Presumably he intends playing in the finals if they qualify, would be a few months shy of 40.

USA are resilient and will bounce back but next up is an away trip to Costa Rica which is probably the last fixture they needed.

I can enjoy watching Wales vs Serbia now after Ireland's great result.

    Team news:
Wales XI: Hennessey; Gunter, Chester, Williams, Taylor; Allen, Ledley; Ramsey, Bale, Robson-Kanu; Vokes.

Serbia XI: Stojković; Ivanovic, Nastasic, Maksimovic; Rukavina, Matic, Milivojevic, Obradovic; Tadić, Mitrovic, Kostic.

I guess a draw is best for us?

And hopefully both Bale and Ramsey get sent off and suspended for the next match.
