Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Certainly not better against a deep lying team.

He's a better touch IMO as well as being quicker.

Nothing wrong with Danny, go troll elsewhere.

But arsenal trolling is his favourite kind

Ozil is picking up some beautiful positions. He just drifts into pockets of space. Great to see him playing centrally.

No the defender had his hands all over him and there was definite contact.

    We can get 3 here

Well he won't be stupid enough to dive again so I might give him the benefit of the doubt next time round...

The Monaco fans chanting is thru a loud speaker? It sounds as fake as chanting from a computer footy game from the 90s

Giroud has to bury that chance.

Could easily be 3 up already. Ozil swapping shirts already..,,,

    If it pops up unexpectedly???

Certainly not better against a deep lying team.

Surely not having ball repellent feet gives Walcott the advantage?

    Watch Welbz score the winner.

I think we needed two this half

We've created enough chances in this tie to win 5 matches

I muted it, I'll endure TV3 commentary but there's a snowballs chance in hell I'll listen to the punditry !!!

Get a quick second here before 60mins and Monaco should be on the ropes. Can see this going extra time cos there's no way we won't not concede.

Swapping shirts at half time is just bat**** mental.

For 16m who's been a better signing, Welbeck or balotelli?

Rosicky and Ramsey for Sanchez and Welbeck at h/t. Theo in reserve for Coq later on as we push forward.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,507 ✭✭✭Underground

Shirt swapping will be another stick for the media to beat ozil with. I doubt he was the only arsenal player swapping shirts at half time.

Too early. The team is on top. I wouldnt have played Welbeck either but its working at the moment. Leave it alone.

Rosicky and Walcott for two you mentioned at 60

Was tongue in cheek. Wenger don't do half-time substitutions.

If Welbeck does manage to get it under control (which I admit is a mission) he's better with it than Walcott.

Petit "I'm quite disappointed with Ozil performances...."
    Scholes "He's been poor..."

Wtf? He's been the best on the pitch. Mind boggling......

Scholes with another dig at Ozil.

He really does make himself look like an idiot at times

I can't see the harm in it at all either. English media don't seem to like it for whatever reason.

Was pretty clear the French lad wanted Ozil's jersey. I'd be more worried about him than Ozil who simply obliged..

Does Paul Scholes live in a 1940's simulated environment???

    Fcuk off!

    Any critique of Sanchez???

Can't believe anyone even comments on this shirt swapping nonsense.

Think I saw him going to take a leak at half time as well, his head obviously isn't in the game -_-

It's because he doesn't look busy and frantic.

    It's amazingly lazy punditry.

I'm watching TV3 praise Welbeck here for goodness sake.

As long as you look fired up, you'll get a pass. If you're English, it's a bonus.

    Wouldnt call it jealously.
Scholes is just a poor pundit.

Just because you were a great player doesnt mean you are a good pundit.
Henry and Scholes are perfect examples.

I think people are giving out about the whole shirt swapping thing. Nothing to do with ozil.
