Waking up about 6 times a night whilst dreaming

    This has been going on now for about two months..
    I guess it started when I was under a bit of stress....

    I was given zopiclone and took it for a few days but just woke up insanely wrecked.


    Has anyone suffered from this and got rid of it?

    Thinking of going to a sleep clinic too if anyone recommends one? :confused:
