I'm looking for a historical account of the lenders interest rates over 5/10/20 years as I would like to compare and contrast rates. Essentially I'm trying to figure out how volatile SVR is, and how slow they are to pass on savings to customers.

The lenders never have these to hand as a "marketing tool", but insist they can get them from head office. No one has got back to me with a graph/numbers yet.

Are these records available anywhere online?
