So they wrecked the place, hospitalised some police and burnt a load of cars ( presumably they targeted the cars of high ranking ecb people and not just some poor ****er that now has to replace it , or is that part of the struggle?) , have the ecb bowed to their will now or was it all just wrecking **** for the sake of it?

    Such heroes 😕

Well to be fair, mainland Europeans really know how to protest, we just rabble rabble rabble.

Who said that ? I was pointing out the difference between what happened here that was called anarchy on the streets, And what Anarchy actually is. If you are happy with TD's making up stuff and the news that's up to you.

    Same same

Yeah totally the same. 84 police injured 200 odd protestors injured police cars set alight. Meanwhile in Ireland, 1 water balloon someone sitting in a car and a brick. I can't help but see a tad bit of a difference.

Yes that's right, burn an innocent woman to death in her office by throwing a molotov cocktail into it like happened in Greece.

Why do these clowns always burn cars? Really sucking it to the authorities burning out a car.

Jesus, 10k people in Germany, and seven cars burnt, tear gas and water cannons deployed, 35 people injured.....

100k march in Dublin and hardly a piece of litter dropped, but according to the Indo Armageddon and lawless wastelands were imminent. (wonder how many Indo readers aren't computer literate, and therefore wouldn't read anything else about the news)?

Our Govt don't know they're living tbh.

and the kidnapping incident ...although that probably falls under the sitting in the car category

They know well, that's why they keep ignoring us. They know we'll give up eventually.

I dunno, I reckon there'll be a big enough crowd for Saturday in Dublin, but ultimately it's not protests they've to worry about.

It's how many people will ignore the bills.

Wonder if they will be reporting Anarchy in the streets again ? Or has the sinister element gone now.

If that was in dublin they would off produced a carefully edited youtube clip and claim it was a peaceful protest.

Everything isn't a direct reply to what you said. It was a general replay about the stupidity of wrecking stuff.

Whatever your political persuasion im sure we can all agree that spending 1.2 billion euros on that building is obscene given the suffering inflicted on European citizens over the last 7 years
