Clearing arrears with Gas meter

    Hi,
     we have been using gas meter and clearing arrears with each top up. I am pretty sure it is nearly cleared. Will the meter automatically stop taking 25% once it is cleared?

    Hi Mama lion,

    Thank you for your message.

    The meter will automatically pick up when your arrears is cleared and stop deducting the 25%. You can check what you have left on your meter by checking screen 27. Just put your card into your meter and hold down the red A button until the credit screen appears. Then hold the red button A again until you hear a beep and you will be able to move through the screens by pressing the button again. Screen 27 is near the beginning of the screens.
