Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I am planning on having a takeaway and staying in tonight. So Can anyone recommend a good film to watch tonight with a bag of cans:))

    The Room. Fantastic acting and story. I seen it about 4 years ago and the experience still lives with me. Highly recommended.

    +1 for the Room. watched it for the first time with my girlfriend last year and we both really enjoyed it!
    definitely in my top 10 movies i've even seen

    I'm with the other two. The Room gets the thumbs up for me as well. I never cried as much watching a movie. Very emotional stuff.

    Another vote here for The Room, it was a travesty that the finale of the Lord of the Rings trilogy won best picture that year.

    I hated it myself the first time I saw it. Then after repeated viewings I finally understood why everyone liked it. Probably one of the most quotable movies I've ever seen.

    How about an "oldie but goldie" film? Watched The French Connection (1971) recently & loved it. Really exciting crime drama starring Gene Hackman.
