Hi just looking for somewhere convenient and pretty safe,no car so reliant on public transport, between expo, start and finish line, cheaper is better but above all the former. Any recommendations appreciated. Thanks S

Try the Beacon Hotel in Sandyford is lovely. Havent stayed as I live ten mins away but use it for coffee and lunch regularly. 5 Mins from the luas and gets you straight into town on the green luas line...Pretty reasonable too........
Also if you prefer town some great B&Bs and Guesthouses round Ballsbridge....

Good luck with the race- am running (shuffling it) too....
