Labour cost natural stone wall

Just got a quote for the following, labour cost only:

100 M2 of natural stone on 4 '' block work, includes 2 entrance walls approx 5m length each with 2 piers, 4 m length of wall extending along from entrance wall in one direction with pier at end and 40m length wall extending other direction with 3 piers, the 4 and 40m length walls will be retaining walls (4'' on the flat) with 3 piers.

Is this a reasonable quote?

the entrance walls are the ones running between the piers at the gate and the piers at the end of the /// line. These walls are 5m in lenght each
