Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm amused that even after seeing it on a replay, you still think he was onside. So you are demonstrating blindness, or wilful ignorance. Hence the facepalm.

Clearly a good goal but each to there own, you keep telling yourself it was offside

Lol ronaldo was a mile onside also
    Terrible decision from the ref

    Are you blind?

There is no "to each their own". It's not an opinion. It's a fact. He was offside. He was flagged offside and the officials were 100% correct as proved by the replay. The entire forum has recognised this....except you.

This game on a completely different level.

Maybe in your opinion but this match is too slow for my liking and doesnt have enough "excitement" ;)

Seriously though, Barcelona have been pretty scrappy in possession and the back four are backing off the Real attack too much and leaving huge gaps down the centre of the pitch .
Real are looking much more composed with Modric back in the team.
Neymar is having an absolute stinker

Ah I'm definitely on the other guy's side here. So much individual quality on show.

    It was offside
A simply rewind and pause reveals it clearly
Back two of Barcelona in line
Ronaldo behind them when ball leaves foot of guy who crossed it
    He then heads it

    Powerful running by Neymar

In fairness to Pool Utd games, that one today was poorer than usual.

A lot of misplaced passes, possession being lost cheaply etc.

Christ that Neymar would break your heart!

Only one winner of this game.
Madrid coming out strong at the start of the 2nd.

Benzema had his Weetabix this morning. He's been terrific.

This Scottish co-commentator on BeIN is gas! Yellow card = going into the yellow peril book.

EDIT: "Messi: slipperier than an eel covered in vaseline"

Benzema did brilliantly there, great save from Bravo.

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

Luis Suarez!!!!!! Magnificent, pure genius from the world's premier number 9. A career highlight moment, a defining moment for Luis Suarez at Barcelona.

Long ball and a set piece for Barca's goals.

    Tiki-taka is dead, eh?

A smashing strike from Luis 'not doing well at Barca' Suarez.

The quickness of the shot and the accuracy made it difficult
    I don't mean speed
    Ball rolled in
But he took it in a flash

I expect him not to dive to cover the near post leaving the far post totally exposed. Poor positioning. If he stayed on his feet he would've saved it.
