It's the hope that kills you really. That, and the "what if we hadn't fcuked up" thoughts.

Its one of the weirdest halfs too. What a terrible performance from the back line. Bring on f**king Zouma

How many mistakes does Cahill have to make before he gets dropped?

He'll be sacked. No way this team will get enough points in the run in.

Burnley and Hull taking the p*ss out of Jose's teams. Good luck.

Forget it; you won't blow this now. Not enough games left for you to fcuk up. I reckon you'd have to lose at least three for us to catch you (more for Arsenal, can't see anyone else reeling you in). In the last 9 or 10 games, whtever you have left. And you've only lost two (?) all season. Ain't gonna happen.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,036 ✭✭✭Sanity_Saviour

this team are an absolute joke at times

we have a left back who can't defend or attack, a Cahill who's forgotten the rules of the game, a Brazillian who appears to look lost 85/90 minutes a game and a defensive fcking mindset against a team who are in the bottom 5.

Whenever Hazard has the ball, everyone is lterally standing still as far away as possible, thats a shít gameplan and something needs to happen, Hull are all over us

    Ivan ya muppet

Draws not loses will be our downfall...

Willian AGAIN, if you can't make a single pass in the opposition half you shouldn't be starting

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 21,625 ✭✭✭✭Johner

Hull have been the better team, we are lucky to be drawing here.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,018 ✭✭✭Barr

Jose is going to give a right bollocking at half time

    Indeed. Jose needs to go.

Hull deserve to be ahead here.

We started well but faded terribly.

From 2-0 weve been pegged back and shot ourselves in the foot with 2 terrible defending performances.

    Its a disgrace.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,018 ✭✭✭Barr

FFS , I'm off to the pub to watch the second half, can't watch this at home ... hard to believe its 2-2 after the start Chelsea had.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 53,262 ✭✭✭✭GavRedKing

The right side from willian to ivan and cahull has been weak and pourous.

Hull look very likely to win it from here.

It is now 0-0 in effect. If they want to win the title theyve to start winning these kinda games full stop.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,200 ✭✭✭hots

Ramires cahill and Ivan have been atrocious. Would happily have zouma and azpi on at half time.

Can't blame Jose for today though, players have let him down often in the second half of the season

I swear if you lot lose today I'm going to be very angry!

Just checked the table. We can get to a total of 85 points, the most any of the rest can get. And that'd mean us winning all our remaining games, which we won't. So, in 10 games (including today's), you need 22 points (ignoring GD). 8 wins out of 10; that's perfectly do-able for you lot.

Nothing less than a win will do today. If we drop any more points, we can't have any confidence of capitalising on our game in hand (anyone for 3:3 against Leicester?). That puts us straight into a four-way dogfight. With such a lack of consistency, I'd have serious fears for the premiership. And with that question marks over Mourinho. A league cup haul in two seasons is zero return.

Even with the title, a clearout is on the cards. Unfortunately this team is still in major transition.

In the short-term, bench Courtois and make him fight for his place. Start using Zouma. Work Cuadrado in.

This summer, Ram and Cahill out. Possibly Oscar too. Terry won't last forever either. Ivan will only work for certain games. His position needs to be upgraded with someone who concentrates on the main job.

Today? Get the finger out in the second half and put in a couple more goals. Otherwise our challenge could completely fall apart.

He picks the players. They have previous. Buck stops with Jose end of story.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 53,262 ✭✭✭✭GavRedKing

We need a full 45 mins of fighting for each other. Theyre bottling it and its a disgrace TBH.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,012 ✭✭✭✭Alfred Borden

Jose overplayed the team at the start of the season. I remember being so annoyed that Chelsea could name an unchanged eleven week after week but think its coming back to get them now. A little too late for the chasing pack though.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 53,262 ✭✭✭✭GavRedKing

City utd and arsenal all well in the title race now.

Whatever happens this league is a joke
Most likely whoever wins will have the hollow fact that they only win cos Chelsea have turned into 10 year old girls in the last weeks .

In the unlikely event Chelsea hold on it will be a relief and unnessarily close - taking a lot of the celebrations away

You forgot about FFP. Can't see Chelsea getting another 100 million for two players like Luiz and Mata.

That means they need to be careful about spending.

No subs at half time if we blow this then Jose's position is in serious doubt

It would actually add to it for me.

Like the time RVP scored when Terry fell on his arse.

We have £40 million in the kitty without selling a player:
    http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/chelsea/transfers/11480312/Chelsea-transfer-news-Jose-Mourinho-told-FFP-cash-boost-could-allow-him-to-sign-a-superstar.html

We have an improved sponsorhip set up.

CFC can spend this summer. The problem is we need multiple upgrades.
