Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Unsurprisingly, Chelsea have used fewer players than anyone else this season.

Just when you thought Willian couldn't get any worse

  • Come on Hull!

It would actually add to it for me.

Like the time RVP scored when Terry fell on his arse.
I'd rather we won it via our own efforts, rather than relying on another side screwing up, a la Liverpool last season. But, come the end of the season, I won't be too snobby about accepting a gift if it should come. And, after all, the side with the best record wins the league. Still think Chelsea will do it though!

    :(

We have £40 million in the kitty without selling a player:

We have an improved sponsorhip set up.

CFC can spend this summer. The problem is we need multiple upgrades.

That's kind of my point. 40 million won't get what you're asking for. There's a huge onus to buy the right players and IMO due to the success of Costa, Fab and Matic, Jose's escaped criticisim for Luis, Cuadrado, Willian, Schurrle etc.

Whatever happens this league is a joke
Most likely whoever wins will have the hollow fact that they only win cos Chelsea have turned into 10 year old girls in the last weeks .

In the unlikely event Chelsea hold on it will be a relief and unnessarily close - taking a lot of the celebrations away
Unlikely? What odds would you like to give me on Chelsea winning the league?

Chelsea have a lot of options, both with players they can sell and monies available from TV rights, sponsorship and Torres off the wage bill.

Who they buy? That's what this summer will be all about.

How can a 'keeper who did what he just did, do what he did in the first half?

This is really painful to watch full week on the training pitch and this is the best we can produce

  • Registered Users Posts: 931 ✭✭✭Chrissybhoy

For a player like fabregas who was brought up to really take care of the ball and take pride in keeping it you wouldn't think it today I've never seen him give it away so much

we seem to be the only side in the world whose tactics are set up not to be able to score.

Do not think we will win the title

The betfair exchange currently has 2k ready to be bet at 1.16 I would be happy for him to throw his 10/1 odds up there and let the general public have it. Hopefully he is so confident that he stakes more than that and it becomes a bit of am Internet hit, or he just decides not to and leaves this forum.

    Phew.

Far from over though. This is not going to be an easy 15 minutes.

Another howler from a 'keeper. It's been coming for most of the half, to be fair.

Why is Cahill starting ahead of Zouma?

Cahill is much better with the ball at his feet is the only reason I can think. Zouma is superior to him in every other aspect.
