problems with vodafone and sky sports mobile tv

    Hi folks,

    Has anyone had problems watching sky sports mobile tv on their phones through vodafone? It was initially working but since I lost my phone and had to get a new phone and sim card I keep getting an error saying

    "sorry, the device you are Using is not authorised for use with sky sports mobile tv"

    I've been onto vodafone customer support who tell me the problem is with sky, then I contact sky who tell me there's nothing they can do for me that I have to contact vodafone....

    Twenty different calls to vodafone have yielded no progress, and the latest vodafone have said is that they can't even take it off my account and add it back in... Unless I pay 100 (to be taken off the tariff I'm currently on)...

    Has anyone lost their phone and experienced similar problems??
