How to unlock 365 banking?

    HI,
    I have locked myself out of my 365 banking by entering the wrong pin too many times.
    I see I'm supposed to ring 0818365365 to unlock it again but none of the options provided seem to cover the issue.

    Can I get a bit of help on where I need to go to get through to someone who can unlock my account please,

    You can select option 5 and then option 1, a colleague can reset this quickly for you.

    Our colleagues are available Mon-Fri 8 am-12 midnight. 
                                                  Sat, Sun & Bank Holidays 9 am-6 pm.
