Hi, could anybody help with this?

When downloading music or video files I am unable to browse the internet. I can just view the webpage where the content is downloading from.

    Thanks

We need more information, can you open a new tab? what browser are you using, and what site are you downloading from?
If you don't want to answer what site, just give us as much info as you can.

    Chauffe, Marcel, chauffe!

Your internet connection might not be great. Stop your downloads and test your connection here:

    Linky

Let us know what the download speed is. I.e. I've run it just now while other people are streaming TV and I'm getting a bit over 100mbps. My connection is rated for 240mbps

Try wthax.org instead. It has real image hosting, not simply attaching files.

see specs above. Think it would help if I cleared the drives?

Not at all, you have loads of free space and your computer has decent specs. Have you tried browsing the web in another browser to see if that resolves the issue? Try installing Firefox and see if you still have the same problem.
