    Hi,

    Boss in a catering establishment is taking the absolute p**s im about to walk and want to know who do I report them to for no contract (after a year of work) no pay slips, paying certain people cash, denying breaks to certain members of staff, not paying certain members of staff B/h or giving TOIL, failing to ensure a safe working environment etc etc ...

    Collate and write down each each infraction they have done, sounds like you'll need to refer back to it
