    Hi, I am moving out of my apartment on the 9th of April.
    Do I give you guys a final meter reading on the day I leave?
    And is this the last bill I will get?
    I have just received a bill today for the period up to the 25th of March.

    Hi Rory,

    Thanks for your message.

    Yes - please read the meter on the day that you leave. We would also need the name and number of the landlord, letting agent or owner of the property. The closing bill will be issued overnight and the final bill will cover from the 25th March to the closing reading. If you wish for us to complete this, send us a private message on the day you leave with your name, address, account number and telephone number or date of birth on the account.
