Solicitor and costs for conveyance

Were selling our house so I need to organise a solicitor. Would anyone recommend someone in Dublin/Meath? Any ball park figures on costs? Ive started looking into the various flat rate ones online.

It should cost bones of €1000 + VAT for selling and maybe something for discharging a mortgage. However don't always go for cheap because if something needs to be fought, you don't want someone who only ticks boxes and not accustomed to tougher tasks.
