Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

hey. did a search on this but could not find any answers to the question. Anyone know a company or individual that could service a coffee machine not supported by the usual agents?

My machine is working fine but needs a little love and they taken my screwdriver away from me for some reason.

Watermark and Kennilworth are both a "no"

    Thanks

So I'll take that as a definite no

What type of machine do you have? I'm sure it could be done by yourself as there are a lot of guides online for this sort of stuff

That was a great idea, thanks for that. Unfortunately couldn't find anything relevant. Very reluctant to go diving into the machine myself as I tend to have a couple of bits left over after I've put everything back together.

Are you going to tell us what machine you have? Very hard to give useful advice otherwise.

    Sorry about that.

It's a Quick Mill Andreja Premium. Purchased when I was rich....

You could try asking Home Coffee Machines, who are now the official distributors for Quick Mill coffee machines (since December 14). I'm guessing you may have already tried that option though.

Nice. Can't advise on who to contact for a professional service but honestly I think you should be able to service at home yourself. There is a wealth of info online about HX machines e.g. http://www.home-barista.com/espresso-machines/water-scaling-and-descaling-with-hx-machines-t751.html

You can also get directions on how to open and what parts are what from bellabaristas guide: http://www.bellabarista.co.uk/pdf/AndrejaPremiumcloserlookv6.pdf
