12 month graduate visa - employed by outsourcing company

I know that I cannot get employment through an agency on the visa but I may have secured a job in a company but they told me that I will be employed by an outsourcing company. Is this acceptable?

FYI it worked out ok. As long the ds 7002 reflected the same address as I was to be based it was fine.
