Hi guys,

Recently viewed a 2 bed apartment in this area, just wondering if anyone has any experience living in these (or nearby)?

It's a small gated community and looks fairly quiet and quite mixed nationalities.

I'm not from the area so I really don't know the area at all.

My 2 concerns are:

1. There is a large council estate on opposite side...not sure if this is a problem or not.
2. The apartment has a very bad damp issue, so I am currently waiting on a damp report before making any offer.

Any help is welcome
