What is this game?

I got a PC game ten years ago, and lost it about two years after that.

It was a strategy game, similar to AoE and Civilization, and remember that 'Ireland' was a base team on the geam, and some of the future units let you build a speeder bike to plant nukes.

The cover was of a guys face, split in half. One was a pharoah looking guy and the other half a spaceman...any suggestions as to what the game was?

The version on www.gog.com runs on modern Windows at least.

Or you can try the patches from Apolyton.com for it.

Ha! I played the hell out of this, love it! Loved the spider tank things and the eco terrorists in the late end game. Oh, and if you or the AI used too many nukes or overpolluted it could trigger sea level rises etc.

I just loved the fact that you could play as Ireland, and that 'Allenwood' came up as one of the Irish towns hahaha :D
