    Hi

    I received a voucher from my local Super Valu for 5% of my next shop but there doesn't seem to be anything about claiming €10 off my Electric Ireland bill. The receipt doesn't mention it but the sleeve that the receipt was given to me in mentions it.

    The voucher code under the barcode is not 9 digits long, it is 13 digits long.

    I think this is the second voucher I have been given but neither seem to allow me to get the electricity discount.

    You should be able to use the above voucher to redeem €10 off your Electric Ireland bill - is the 13-digit code you mention the only code you can see?
