Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

SPCanywhere and Eircom F1000 MODEM

All was great until Eircom upgraded my Modem. My bandwidth went from 3Mb to 40Mb :D. But now the Siemens SPCanywhere app won't connect through to the SPC5300 alarm panel. If I enter the panel serial number on the spcsecure site, I get to the Login page of the new MODEM. So I guess that some type of a pass-through is needed…

I tried creating a new 'access control rule' in the Modem with Source as the router and Destination as the panel, but no joy - and I'm not too sure what I'm doing there.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've been at this for over a week.
