Before I had a MC many years ago, we used to refer to the baby as our little bean (from the scan photos she looked like a jelly bean), the doctor at the time said some day we will have our little bean stick :)

I am 32, my husband is 33, our fertility specialist, after 3 separate analysis's has advised he has low mobility and medium morphology.

We will most likely be starting IVF, but was looking to see it there are any tips to improve. He doesn't smoke or drink, isn't over weight and has a pretty decent diet.

Yes, there are vitamin supplements such as these:

My local IVF/ICSI clinic advises taking these.

    Hi Stickybean,

I'm quite new to TTC and have been looking at ways to boost our chances.
Myself and DH have just started taking Maca Root powder. I read that it's supposed to be good at improving men's fertility, particularly sperm motility/morphology, so figured every little helps.
I can't really give an opinion on it's effectiveness as we're only taking it a few days and haven't done a SA to be able to compare before/after.
