Devireg 710-2 - Question

    Hello,

I read a few threads about storage heaters and the Devireg 710-2 but didn't find answer to my question. What do the LEDs on the 710-2 mean?

Are these only indicate the time when the storage heaters store the heat?
Or are these show the time when my meter switches form day rate to night as well?

It's important because now the green LED goes red only in the early mornings and I would like to know if we have night saver rate in the apartment from 12-9AM or only 3-9AM?
So what's the story between 12AM and 3AM? Do we have night rate but the weather is mild and the 710-2 doesn't switch the storage heaters on, or we have day rate in this period?

    Thank you in advance!
