Nojitos! Muddle mint leaves, brown sugar & lime wedges. Add crushed ice & lashings of ginger ale or ginger beer. Mmm...

Some homebrew shops sell liquer flavourings, so you can get stuff usually only available in alcoholic versions, like malibu or curacao/triple sec
