    i find the best buttercream, obviously butter and icing sugar, but a great add on to this would be any of the following:

    1. 100 Cocoa powder
    2. Zest of Orange
    3. Raspberries & White Choc
    4. peanut butter

    mmmmmmm

    I also like to add different ganaches, salted caramel sauce also works great as well.

    For a bit of oomph I do a swiss meringue on top of a blob of lemon curd. Looks awesome, and you can blow torch it for extra wow.

    Im really loving salted caramel at the moment, some great chocolate bars out at the mo too.
