Recommend an easy to use wifi radio

Hi folks,

Looking for a wifi radio for the back of the house where FM reception is seriously patchy.

Don't want to spend any more than €100. It will mainly play talk radio and a bit of music so average sound is fine (obviously at that price level ).

Any recommendations?

I just use an old smartphone with the TuneIn App and an old iPod dock.

Have to agree , think that's best option . If you're looking for an Internet radio , they're very expensive - Roberts is brand leader. Would DAB be an option for you? For what it's worth, Irish standard is DAB+

As far as I can make out this is not selling into Ireland . Even if it did, you generally now add vat & allow for € v £ and I'd have thought that it would be costing close to €90 or more

If you have a smart phone and plug in speaker/ dock generally suitable for android or iPhone , you be better off with likes of tune-in . Wifi assumes of course that you have good signal as well

Have 2 x Roberts "Stream 202" here.An excellent and easy set up radio.Might be interested in selling 1 of them if interested.
