    Yuk! Very dull and it started to rain about half an hour ago ending a 12 day spell - just two more days and we'd have had a Met Eireann-style "absolute drought".

    Calm, 11.4C and 0.6mm so far.

    Monthly total so far is 28mm so a few heavy showers and it will be fairly average here rain-wise despite all the dry days and sunshine.

    Average temp will struggle to stay above normal, November was the last month when the average here was at or above the long term average.

    Despite the wind it fell to 2.8C this morning; mainly sunny day with scattered showers (1.2mm). Fresh westerly breeze all day, highest temperature 10.5C.

    Currently 7.4C and some very ominous looking clouds to the west :eek:
