    How odd they announced that galaxy style 3DS model yesterday when a 3DS direct is in less than 48 hours.


    They're gonna announce the NX direct date here. Believe.

    Did I hear that correctly - Mario Maker 3DS won't support uploading levels online? Only locally to other 3DSes? I must've heard that wrong.

    I missed that, because it's 3DS only I've it on in the background and tuning in now and again. But that would suck, I think it is true by the way he talked later.

    Yeah nothing interesting yet and not anything we haven't heard before I don't think. Amiibo functionality and new cards coming to Animal Crossing New Leaf and there'll be a specfiic AC direct at some point later in the year.

    Yep. Sounds like you can just download some compatible Wii-U created levels but not upload anything.

    Ugh more Amiibo milking - Zelda.

    Given that there's already a Mario Golf and Mario Tennis game on the 3DS, the standard has been set... but that could go both ways. Because it's a compilation it looks like they're going with the Ultra Smash level of "here's a bare bones game. Play it alone or with friends. Off you go" rather than pouring on the online competitions and prizes like Mario Golf did.

    @ Sligeach - didn't they say this was a 3DS-only direct? Doesn't excuse it but it does explain it :D

    Port of Yoshi's Woolly Word.
    Cut down port of Mario Maker.
    Some Tank game.
    That Forever Oasis game they mentioned previously.
    Some street pass related rubbish.
    That Mario sport thing.

    Mentioned others that will be available for pre-order sometime but I wasn't paying attention.
